New perks added for KINGPIN and ACE user(s)

For KINGPIN user;

Can borrow money with interest rates same as for the 1st week for all following weeks and half of the current transaction fee.

For ACE user(s);

10% of the profit earned from a particular loan would be reserved for Ace user(s) and will be distributed equally among them. The rest 90% would be divided among other user(s) including Ace user(s).
